About Us

Our story begins in 1982 with humble beginnings. I embarked on a journey into the world of Gem cutting and polishing with a Lapidary machine created with my own hands for my own usage. My horizon however expanded when requests started coming from my very own customers to start crafting Lapidary machines for them. This new chapter was ventured with a
drive for excellence.

Trim Saw Machine

Trim saw machine is an ideal choice for cutting valuable,soft or fragile gemstones as it leads to minimum loss as compared to hammering.Trim saw is used for making straight, relatively accurate cuts.

Trim Saw Grinder – Water Bath Type

Trim Saw Grinder machine is a mix of a trim saw and grinding machine for Gem Stones. It is a high quality machine useful for professional to cut , slice and grind all types of gemstones at one place. This machine can be customized for left handers and right handers as per request.

Dual Grinder – Water Bath Type

Dual Grinder is a pre-forming machine for both left and right handers.

Faceting machine

This machine allows the user to place and polish facets onto a mineral specimen (gem stone). This machine specially comes with a variable speed controller & a high accurate hand piece called factor.

Pre-Forming-2 diamond wheels

This machine is used to per-form with two types of grits. This machine can be customized for left handers and right hander as per request.

Tumbler Unit – Heavy Duty

This machine is specially used for tumbling minerals & gems as it is , also for beads. By using carborundum powder & other polishing components. Upto one barrel to three barrel.

Calibrating Machine

This is mainly for calibrating stones, 1mm upto 50mm can be calibrated , shapes such as round , oval , drop , square , rectangle & trillium. Ideal for watches , bracelets , and necklaces, mainly for the gurdle.
